A special, carefully prepared production process allows the production of robust and simultaneously flexible ground reinforcement elements. The woven geotextile fabrics work also as a functional separator that separates the individual soil layers.
The woven geotextile fabrics are special woven materials, made of small polypropylene (PP) tapes or polyester (PES) fibres. One of its special features is that it works both as a reinforcing material and a separator – thus it has a number of applications. When this is justified, this material may be used as a filtration layer. We offer you two types of this unique material: polypropylene and polyester. The main difference is their mechanical properties.
The woven geotechnical fabrics made of polypropylene are less strong and are used mainly as a separating layer and soil stabilisation. The polyester solutions may reach very high strengths and are ideal as long-term reinforcement of the base of embankments or transmission layers in the constructions using plunge reinforcement methods (columns, foundation piles).
The features of the materials that our products are made of givethem certain basic properties thanks to which they are a perfect solution for separation and reinforcement. First of all it is high flexibility that guarantees a perfect match to the surface and higher resistance to potential mechanical factors. Important properties, whose specific values depend on the particular product, are water permeability and the static disruptive strength.
