We offer you a non-woven geotextile fabric belonging to flat geosynthetics made of polypropylene (PP)  or polyester (PES) fabrics, which are combined through stitching or piercing and optionally calendering (thermal processing) and build very resistant structures.

One of the most important advantages is the durability of the material. The raw materials used in the production show unique resistance to damaging external factors (atmospheric and mechanic). They are also resistant to aging. It is crucial for many investors that this solution is neutral to the environment, which means that thanks to the use of ecological materials this product is absolutely safe for the natural environment. The choice of the particular type of non-woven geotextile fabric should depend on the purpose and function that this geosynthetic will fulfil.

Filtration and drainage

The spatial distribution of our components builds a net made of elementary fibres and pores (their diameter is appropriately adjusted). Thanks to that structure, our products may be used as a synthetic filter. The efficiency of such a filter depends on the size of the pores and the surface density of the entire material. Maintaining a particular parameters of the structure of the non-woven geotextile fabric (the pore size) allows the particles with a diameter below O90 to pass through the filter. Larger particles remain on the surface of the filter. In effect water can be drained in any plane of the non-woven geotextile fabric.

Separation

Our product is a perfect separating material thanks to its high water permeability and excellent mechanical properties. This function is used especially for stabilising soil of low load capacity. Building roads on such ground is particularly difficult, and thanks to the use of no-woven geotextile fabric it becomes much easier and more effective. Our products prevent various layers of the subsoil from mixing together so that the thickness of the base course layers is reduced and their durability is extended.

Wrong separation may cause the construction materials to mix with the subsoil and lead to considerable road damage that is expensive to repair.

Protection and strengthening

A serious threat to numerous construction projects is a break in the insulation layer between the ground and the material components. This applies to e.g. swimming pools, ponds, landfills, or even structures above the ground level. The result is a lack of tightness of the ground and leaks into it. This may be prevented, if the non-woven geotextile fabric is used. With its price, the investment can be secured in an inexpensive and efficient way.

Non-woven geotextile fabrics PINEMA

Very good mechanical properties, thickness, and the low prize of the PINEMA non-woven geotextile fabric make it ideal for filtration and drainage purposes. The PINEMA products belong to non-calendered products; they are available in area densities between 100g/m2 and 300g/m2.
